Mobile
Shapes on strings, gently turning. The cheerful one.
Mobile hangs its sections from a cord that runs the whole length of the page. Each panel dangles on its own string and rocks slightly as it arrives, with three shapes turning above at three different speeds so they never fall into step.
Its cover is the only one that is an animation rather than a transition, because it has four beats instead of two: it swings out, swings back, the hook gives, and only then does it drop away, turning about the corner it was last held by. The toys lag it on their own strings, a fraction behind.
**The cord never moves.** It was never part of the cover — it runs the length of the page, and the drop is what reveals it to have been there all along. It is the most obviously *nursery* design here, and the right one for a first birthday.

What you can make with it
Every design works for all four occasions, and the same page carries a family through them: a gender reveal, a baby shower, a birth announcement, then a first birthday — at one address, keeping the photographs, the messages and the guest list.
