A baby shower website, and the replies in one place
A baby shower website is one address carrying the invitation, the replies and the gift list, instead of splitting them across a card, a group chat and a spreadsheet. Guests open the link on their phone, say whether they are coming and how many of them, and never make an account, so nobody is lost at a sign-up screen.

Replies that add up to a real number
A guest says whether they are coming and how many of them there are, and can name the people coming with them. The headcount counts people, not replies, so a reply for four is four seats at the table.
If two guests happen to share a name, they stay two guests. Nothing here quietly decides that two people are one to make a number look tidier — telling you somebody replied when they have not is worse than leaving a reply unattached.
They can also say what they cannot eat, which is the question everybody forgets until the week of.
Everything a guest needs in order to turn up
The date and the time, including when it ends. The address, with a link that opens directions on their phone.
What is being served, which matters more than it sounds: "cake at three" and "join us for lunch" send a guest out of the house in two different states.
All of that shows on every plan, including the free one. A page that cannot say where the party is is broken rather than limited, and the person that punishes is somebody's grandmother.
A registry, if you want one
Add links to whatever lists you keep — a shop, a registry, a fund. They are your links, and nothing here takes a cut of them or adds anything to them.
You can also leave the section off entirely. It is a switch, not a requirement.
The same link carries on
When the baby arrives the same address becomes your birth announcement, and a year later the first birthday invitation. The people who came to the shower are already the guest list.
Questions
Do guests need to make an account to RSVP?
No. They open the link and reply. No sign-up, no app, and no advert on the page.
Can guests bring someone?
Yes. They say how many are coming and can name them, and the headcount counts people rather than the number of replies.
Can I collect dietary requirements?
Yes. There is a field for it on the reply form, and the answers sit beside each guest.
Can I set a reply-by date?
Yes, and the page counts down to it.
Is the venue shown on the free plan?
Yes. Everything a guest needs in order to turn up shows on every plan.
The rest of the journey
The same address carries a family from the first guess to the first birthday. Whichever of these you are planning now, the others are the same page later.
