A twins gender reveal, with three answers instead of two
Expecting two changes the question. Guests do not pick pink or blue — they pick two girls, two boys or one of each, and the tally shows what the room thinks. The answer stays sealed on the server until you unlock it, and then the reveal plays the one you have, for everybody who opens the link.
If all you want is a link that counts down and throws confetti, there are free tools that do that, though most only know two answers. This is a page rather than a moment: it asks the right question for twins, keeps everybody's guess, and is still there afterwards as your birth announcement.
The question is the right one for twins
Two girls, two boys, or one of each. Not a colour per baby — "girl then boy" means nothing to a guest — just the three things that can actually happen.
Every guest picks one when they reply, and under the tally the page says what people chose in words: how many think two girls, how many one of each, how many two boys.
The answer stays sealed until you unlock it
You set the answer and it is held on the server, not in the link or the page, so there is nothing for anybody to find early.
The question is fixed once anybody has guessed. A guess made against one question cannot be counted against another, so switching twins on is something to do before you share the link.
Three reveals, built for each answer
Two girls or two boys play like any reveal in that colour, with "Twin girls" or "Twin boys" as the word.
One of each is its own moment: blue from one cannon and pink from the other, the balloons bursting in the colour of their side, and "A girl and a boy" with each word in its own colour. The room stays neutral rather than blending the two, because a mix of pink and blue is the one colour this answer must not show.
It plays for a week for anybody opening the link, or until you move the page on to the announcement.
Then the same link announces them
After the reveal the page becomes your birth announcement at the same address, and later the first birthday invitation, with the design, the photographs, the messages and the guest list carried forward. The people who guessed are the people you announce to.

Questions
Can guests guess each baby separately?
No, deliberately. The choice is two girls, two boys or one of each, which is what can actually happen and what a guest can answer at a glance.
Can I switch twins on after people have guessed?
No. Once anybody has guessed, the question is fixed, so a guess is never counted against a different question. Turn it on before sharing the link.
Do guests need an account?
No. They open the link, reply and guess. No app, no registration and no adverts.
How long does the reveal play?
For a week after you unlock it, or until you move the page on to the birth announcement.
The rest of it
The reveal is one stop. The same address is also a gender reveal website with the date, the place and the replies on it, then a birth announcement, then a first birthday invitation — and if you are still writing the invitation, there is wording you can take.
